(1) Mixed neutralization reaction: the alkylated waste acid and waste alkali or light burned magnesium oxide are metered through the metering tank and then added to the reactor for neutralization reaction, and the temperature of the reaction is controlled by circulating water cooling, and then the pH value is adjusted to neutral with caustic soda or concentrated sulfuric acid;
(2) High-temperature reaction: the product after the neutralization reaction is added into a high-temperature reactor and the organic matter therein is decomposed by a high-temperature reaction at 800 ° C., and the decomposition products are carbon dioxide and water. The excess waste acid and part of the sulfate decomposed in the high temperature reaction are desulfurized by a two-stage desulfurization tower, and the high temperature reactor is reacted under negative pressure during the high temperature reaction;
（3）sulfate production processDissolution and filtration: add the sulfate generated at high temperature to the dissolving tank for dissolution, and then filter the impurities through the filter press;
(4) Crystallization: when the specific gravity of the filtered filtrate reaches 1.3-1.4g/cm3 and the adjusted pH index reaches 6-7, the filtrate is added to a crystallization tank for cooling and crystallization;
（5）sulfate production processDrying: add sulfate crystals into a centrifuge for spin-drying, add the spin-dried sulfate into a drying cylinder for drying, and finally obtain the finished sulfate product.
