Landfill leachate refers to a high concentration of wastewater, which comes from the moisture contained in the garbage in the landfill, the rain, snow and water entering the landfill, and other moisture. The saturated water holding capacity of the garbage and the overburden layer is deducted, and passes through the garbage layer and the overburden layer. Its composition is complex, and the water quality and quantity vary greatly.
The sources of waste residue filtrate mainly include direct precipitation, surface runoff, surface irrigation, water of waste itself, water of covering material and water produced by biochemical reaction of waste, etc. This determines that the quality and quantity of landfill leachate vary greatly, and the law of change is complex.

MVR three-effect evaporationThe specific process is as follows: landfill leachate enters the preheater along the pipeline and enters the evaporator after preheating. In the evaporator, the landfill leachate will be heated, evaporated and concentrated. Finally, the distilled water formed by the condensation of the heated steam flows into the distilled water collection tank, and the secondary steam and the concentrated liquid enter the vapor-liquid separator together.
In the gas-liquid separator, the concentrated liquid is separated from the secondary steam, and finally the concentrated liquid flows into the concentrated liquid collection tank, and the separated secondary steam is introduced into the mechanical compressor. In the mechanical steam compressor, the secondary steam is compressed, heated, pressurized and introduced into the evaporator, and then the landfill leachate is heated, concentrated, evaporated and distilled.
Finally, through the repeated recycling of secondary steam, the whole treatment process is completed, and the dual goals of landfill leachate treatment and energy saving are realized.
