1.Yantai A EnterpriseRelocation of new sulfuric acid 930000 tons/year unit into operation
On June 12, Yantai A Enterprise relocated to build a new 180000-ton cathode copper energy-saving and emission-reduction EPC project, which was successfully put into trial production and successfully produced the first furnace of anode copper on the 15th. Yantai A enterprise sulfuric acid project is located in Lingang Industrial Park of Yantai Development Zone, with an annual production capacity of 400000 tons of original sulfuric acid and 930000 tons of sulfuric acid after completion.
2. Taian B enterprise phase II new sulfuric acid 350000 tons/year plant put into operation
In September, Tai 'an B Enterprise added 350000 tons of pyrite sulphuric acid plant for trial production. Feicheng B enterprise is located at the foot of Mount Tai, close to the "Taishan Lithium Valley", the geographical location is superior, adhere to the "park carrying, along the chain layout, point line into the surface, cluster development" concept, for the downstream industrial chain to provide the necessary raw materials. After the successful production, the project entered the trial production stage, the enterprise sulfuric acid production capacity increased by 233.33.
3. The newly-built sulfuric acid 350000 tons/year unit of Heze C enterprise was put into operation
In October, Heze C enterprise added 350000 tons of sulfur-burning sulphuric acid plant and put it into operation. Heze C enterprise is connected with Ridong, Jiguang and Putai Expressway, with obvious geographical advantages. After the completion of Heze C enterprise sulfuric acid project, it will be the largest refined sulfuric acid production base in the country. It can also produce food grade sulfuric acid, battery sulfuric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, electronic grade sulfuric acid and other products. The enterprise will build 750000 tons/year analytical pure, 200000 tons/year cyanuric acid, 80000 tons/year sulfamic acid, 20000 tons/year sodium sulfite projects, supporting the use of sulfuric acid, steam, etc.
4. Yantai D enterprise newly built sulfuric acid 240000 tons/year plant put into operation
In November, Yantai D Enterprise's 240000-ton/year pyrite deep processing project was put into production. The project has a sound "negative energy consumption" intelligent energy system. After being put into production, it produces 33 tons/hour of steam and 5600 degrees/hour of power generation. The annual steam production capacity is about 300000 tons and the power generation capacity is 60 million degrees. It provides heat energy to the park and provides power energy for itself. Take the pyrite deep processing project as the leader, adopt the form of overall planning, system layout, key breakthroughs, and step-by-step implementation to promote the construction of other projects step by step to create a complete industrial chain for the comprehensive utilization of gold solid waste resources.
In addition, other local refineries have added sulfuric acid production capacity, and the planned new capacity in Shandong in 2023 has been put into operation, involving a capacity of about 2.1 million tons/year, increasing Shandong's sulfuric acid production capacity by 14.55, accounting for a total of 12.70 of Shandong's production capacity.
