The "Plan" puts forward a total of 20 specific measures in eight areas. The "Plan" emphasizes that all provincial safety committees, relevant member units of the State Council's Safety Committee, and relevant central enterprises must establish and improve mechanisms for information collection, dynamic research and judgment, drying and notification, supervision and inspection, and effectively increase supervision and promotion. It is necessary to strengthen the investment in work related to production safety, arrange the budget scientifically and rationally, ensure the funds for the management of major accident risks, and earnestly do a good job in the support and guarantee of various tasks and measures for tackling the root causes of production safety. It is necessary to further strengthen the thinking of the rule of law, accelerate the revision of laws and regulations on production safety, improve the normalized working mechanism, and effectively improve the ability and level of legal governance of production safety.
