The 30000-ton (pure)/year sulfur foam acid production project of Henan Shunju Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a supporting project of the company's 2.24 million-ton/year coking integrated upgrading and upgrading project. The dry (pretreatment) dry (catalytic conversion) acid production process is to dry the sulfur foam into solid powder, then enter the sulfur incinerator for incineration, and then produce sulfuric acid through conversion and absorption. The product concentration of this process is stable and easy to control, it is an ideal acid making process. The project is located in Anyang New Chemical Industry Park, Tongye Town, Yindu District, Anyang City, Henan Province, with a construction land area of 7272.8m.²The sulfur foam produced in the desulfurization section outside the boundary is used as raw material, and the qualified sulfuric acid is sent to the concentrated sulfuric acid storage tank of the general plant through pipelines. After the completion of the project, it will solve the discharge problem of desulfurization waste liquid and sulfur paste produced by the company's coking, turn waste into treasure, realize the reuse of waste in the coking industry, and help Anyang City fight the battle of pollution prevention and control.
