This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, statistical scope of energy consumption and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) quota of industrial sulfuric acid produced from sulfur, non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas and pyrite as raw materials. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of the energy consumption quota of existing enterprises that produce industrial sulfuric acid products with sulfur, non-ferrous metal smelting flue gas, pyrite, etc. as raw materials, as well as the control of the energy consumption quota for market access of new sulfuric acid projects.
