30000 tons of semiconductor grade sulfuric acid project will be landed in Zigong

On June 29, during the 19th Western China International Expo, Fujian Yongjing Technology Co., Ltd. planned to invest in a project with an annual output of 400000 tons of high-purity electronic chemicals and new fluorine-containing materials and signed a formal project cooperation agreement with Yantan District of Zigong City. It is reported that the project plans to invest 5 billion million yuan, covering an area of 700 mu, the production lines of 120000 tons of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid, 10000 tons of electronic grade ammonium fluoride, 80000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, 30000 tons of semiconductor grade hydrofluoric acid, 30000 tons of semiconductor grade sulfuric acid, 30000 tons of semiconductor grade hydrochloric acid, 30000 tons of semiconductor grade ammonia water, 20000 tons of sodium hexafluorophosphate, etc. and supporting projects will be built respectively. After the project is fully completed, the annual sales income is expected to be 6 billion yuan and the annual tax revenue is expected to be 0.42 billion yuan.
