In order to implement the the People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by the People's Republic of China Solid Waste and other laws and regulations, prevent and control environmental pollution, improve the quality of the ecological environment, and standardize and guide the environmental management of the use and disposal of waste sulfuric acid, the "Waste Sulfuric Acid Utilization and Disposal Pollution Control Technical Specifications" is hereby approved as the national ecological environment standard and issued.
The standard name and number are as follows:
Technical Code for Pollution Control of Waste Sulfuric Acid Utilization and Disposal (HJ1335-2023)
This standard has been implemented since July 1, 2024. The content of the standard can be found on the website of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (http://www.mee.gov.cn).
It is hereby announced.
