6. Zero wastewater discharge technology

Zero discharge technology of wastewater from sulfuric acid system
At present, in the domestic dry sulfuric acid production process, the purification section (unit) will produce a large amount of dilute sulfuric acid, which greatly increases the sewage costs of enterprises. At the same time, the absolute dry flue gas at the outlet of the sulfuric acid absorption tower will absorb a large amount of water when it is desulfurized, resulting in a large amount of water replenishment for the desulfurization tower. Sulfur dioxide in flue gas is removed by alkali liquor absorption and becomes sulfate. This has caused a lot of waste of resources, but also increased the processing costs of production enterprises. Due to the purification of dilute sulfuric acid concentration is not high, the current domestic basic lye neutralization. Or sent to the sewage treatment plant for centralized treatment.
Yangzhou Jiaming Company uses the dry sulfuric acid absorption tower of the dry sulfuric acid device to be heated, so that most of the wastewater water discharged from the dry sulfuric acid device becomes water vapor, and the sulfuric acid in the wastewater returns to the system, thus realizing zero discharge of wastewater in the system. The flue gas is also humidified and exhausted to the atmosphere.
The process reduces the amount of sewage in the sulfuric acid system and reduces the amount of makeup water in the desulfurization unit. Concentrated waste water and dilute sulfuric acid generated by tail gas recovery are returned to the system, which greatly saves resources and reduces the treatment cost of production enterprises. It has obvious environmental and economic benefits.
